On the 23.04.2014, the PRACTA team participated in the kick off conference organized by the National Centre for Research and Development. Polish and Norwegian project promotors and project partners of projects funded in the Core 2012 and the CCS 2013 calls, gathered in Warsaw. Our team was represented by dr Joanna Chylińska.

The meeting was divided into two parts – a common opening and group presentation sessions.  During the first part, representatives of projects consortia met with NCBR delegates as well as representatives of other institutions involved in the Programme.  In the second part, consortia members gave short presentations of their projects.  Our project was presented in the session for social sciences and evoked keen interest of the audience. Participants of the session were interested in the expected study results, as well as cultural context of our research questions.  Also, an interesting and constructive exchange of experience in building international cooperation within the projects took place during the discussion.
